Personal Statement

I have been a Ngati Tamakopiri delegate for the past 6 years, and the Tamakopiri delegate on the Mokai Patea Services Governance Board for the last 5 years. I am a trustee on the Opaea Marae trust, and the chairperson for Opaea Marae Komiti. I am currently employed as a facilitator/ coordinator for the Ministry of Primary Industries, supporting maori landowners with their whenua.

My aspirations

I aspire to utilise my skill sets to help develop our iwi, whanau, hapu and marae, and into the future, to educate, inform and prepare our people for the future.
